Text

It shall be the duty of the council: a. To make policy recommendations to the interdepartmental policy coordinating committee established pursuant to section 17 of P.L. 1979, c. 496 (C. 30:1A-2) regarding the development and coordination of licensing and enforcement standards in boarding houses and residential health care facilities and the provision of services to their residents; b. To advise the Departments of Human Services, Community Affairs, and Health regarding methods for identification of boarding houses and residential health care facilities for which no license has been issued; c. To advise the departments during the development and revision of regulations; and d. To review and comment upon proposed regulations. L. 1986, c. 205, s. 3, eff. Jan. 5, 1987.
