§ 30:14-14 — Minors; release of custody
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
No shelter providing care for a minor who was in the actual custody of a parent at the time the parent applied for shelter services shall release the minor to any person, including the child's other parent, without the consent of the parent who sought shelter, except as may be otherwise required by court order. L.1979, c. 337, s. 14, eff. Jan. 22, 1980.
