§ 30:11A-7 — Duration of certificate of approval
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
A certificate of approval shall be valid for one year from date of issue, unless sooner revoked or suspended for cause. L.1953, c. 212, p. 1608, s. 7.
