The functions, powers and duties of the Department of Education and the State Board of Education in connection with Child Care Centers pursuant to chapter 70 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes and early Child Development Centers pursuant to P.L.1971, c. 149 (C. 18A:6-79 et seq.) are hereby transferred to the Department of Institutions and Agencies. L.1972, c. 110, s. 1, eff. July 27, 1972.
