§ 30:1-10 — Secretary and assistants

New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES

A secretary and the necessary clerks, stenographers and assistants shall be appointed, and their compensation shall be fixed by the commissioner subject to the provisions of Title 11, Civil Service, except where otherwise provided by statute. Amended by L.1971, c. 384, s. 6, eff. Jan. 5, 1972.
