New Jersey·Title 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE

5.Nothing in this act shall be construed to prevent law enforcement officers from providing community notification concerning any person who poses a danger under circumstances that are not provided for in this act. L.1994,c.128,s.5.
