§ 2C:48A-3 — Constitution of commission.
New Jersey·Title 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
3.The commission shall constitute a commission of the Legislature in accordance with the provisions of Article IV, Section V, paragraph 2 of the New Jersey Constitution. L.2009, c.81, s.3.
