§ 2C:43-9 — Release of all offenders; length of recommitment and reparole after revocation of parole
New Jersey·Title 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Release of offenders on parole, recommitment and reparole after revocation shall be governed by the "Parole Act of 1979," P.L.1979, c. 441 (C. 30:4-123.45 et seq.). L.1978, c. 95, s. 2C:43-9, eff. Sept. 1, 1979. Amended by L.1979, c. 178, s. 86A, eff. Sept. 1, 1979; L.1981, c. 290, s. 39, eff. Sept. 24, 1981.
