New Jersey·Title 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The Supreme Court may adopt rules dealing with Supervisory Treatment in accordance with procedures herein set forth. L.1978, c. 95, s. 2C:43-14, eff. Sept. 1, 1979.
