§ 2C:35B-4 — Liability of illegal marketer of controlled dangerous substances
New Jersey·Title 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
4.A person who knowingly participates in the illegal marketing of controlled dangerous substances within this State is liable for damages, as provided in this act, for injury resulting from an individual's illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance. L.2001, c.114, s.4.
