10.Revocation or reduction of penalty assessment. The court shall not revoke or reduce a penalty imposed pursuant to section 9 of P.L.1999, c.25 (C.2C:21-27.2). An anti-money laundering profiteering penalty imposed pursuant to section 9 of P.L.1999, c.25 (C.2C:21-27.2) shall not be deemed a fine for purposes of N.J.S.2C:46-3. L.1999,c.25,s.10.
