§ 2C:104-9 — Orders appealable
New Jersey·Title 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Orders appealable. A material witness order shall constitute a final order for purposes of appeal, but, on motion of the material witness, may be reconsidered at any time by the court which entered the order. Source: New.L.1994,c.126,s.9.
