Text
15.The Clerk of the Superior Court shall provide separate books for the recording of liens established pursuant to section 13 of this act, which books shall be properly indexed in the name of the judgment debtor. The municipal attorney shall not be required to pay filing or recording fees. L.1997,c.256,s.15.
