§ 2B:20-7 — Summoning of jurors
New Jersey·Title 2B COURT ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL CODE
a.Upon receipt of a list of persons selected to serve on a panel of jurors, the sheriff shall, under the direction of the Assignment Judge, cause the persons to be summoned.
b.The sheriff shall make a return to the Assignment Judge of all of the jurors summoned. Source: 2A:72-2,2A:72-4 L.1995,c.44,s.1.
