§ 2B:20-3 — Questionnaires concerning qualifications
New Jersey·Title 2B COURT ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL CODE
a.The Assignment Judge may direct that questionnaires be sent to potential jurors, requesting that they provide pertinent information concerning their qualifications for jury service, and any claims for exemption or deferral.
b.Questionnaires may be sent to all persons on the juror source list, or to persons randomly selected from the juror source list, either before or with the service of a summons for jury service. Source: 2A:70-5 L.1995,c.44,s.1.
