2B:13-10. Presiding Judge. The Chief Justice shall assign one of the judges of the Tax Court to be the presiding judge of the Tax Court. The presiding judge shall, subject to the supervision of the Chief Justice and the Administrative Director of the Courts, be responsible for the administration of the Tax Court. L.1993,c.74,s.1.
