2B:12-14. Officers empowered to execute process. Any law enforcement officer, or any other person authorized by law, may act in the service, execution and return of process, orders, warrants and judgments issued by any municipal court. Source: N.J.S.2A:8-16. L.1993,c.293,s.1.
