Text
10.Any transferred employee who: a. was a member of a county pension fund or retirement system on December 31, 1994; b. retires from employment as a State judicial employee; c. is eligible for and receives State payment of the premium or periodic charges for health care benefits after retirement; and d. pays the premium charges under Part A and Part B of the federal Medicare program covering the retirant and the retirant's spouse, hall be reimbursed by the State for the premium charges under Part A. L.1994,c.162,s.10.
