3.Not more than 10 days after the enactment of this act, and annually on September 1 thereafter, the Administrative Office of the Courts shall notify the Legislature of all the names of those Superior Court judges fulfilling the requirements set forth in N.J.S.2B:2-1, including notification of all those Superior Court judges serving in these positions who are sitting out of their county of residence and the county in which these Superior Court judges are sitting. Thereafter, the Administrative Office of the Courts shall notify the Legislature as vacancies occur. L.1999,c.104,s.3.
