Text
No repeal effected by this act shall operate to revive any statute heretofore repealed nor to impair the obligation of contracts made before the effective date hereof, nor to deprive a party of any remedy for enforcing a contract which existed when the contract was made. L.1960, c. 52, p. 465, s. 51, eff. July 1, 1960.
