In prosecutions for those crimes described in sections 2C:14-2, 2C:14-3 and 2C:24-4 of the New Jersey Statutes, where the complaining witness is a child under the age of 16, the court shall permit the use of anatomically correct dolls, models or similar items of either or both sexes to assist the child's testimony. L. 1985, c. 205, s. 1, eff. June 27, 1985.
