§ 2A:84A-37 — Change or cancellation of rules by statute or adoption of subsequent rules
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Any rule or rules so proposed or adopted shall be subject to change or cancellation at any time by statute or by a subsequent rule adopted pursuant to this article. L.1960, c. 52, p. 462, s. 37, eff. June 20, 1960.
