§ 2A:84A-33 — Authority of Supreme Court
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The Supreme Court may adopt rules dealing with the admission or rejection of evidence, in accordance with the procedures set forth in this article. L.1960, c. 52, p. 461, s. 33, eff. June 20, 1960.
