§ 2A:84A-32i — Violations, disorderly persons offense.

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
5.Any person who by virtue of employment, or official position, has possession of, or access to, biological evidence and destroys that evidence in violation of the provisions of this act is guilty of a disorderly person's offense. L.2017, c.248, s.5.
