§ 2A:84A-25 — Political vote
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Rule 31. Every person has a privilege to refuse to disclose the tenor of his vote at a political election unless the judge finds that the vote was cast illegally. L.1960, c. 52, p. 459, s. 25, eff. July 1, 1960.
