Text

Whenever the officer, board, commission, committee or body is authorized to take testimony, such officer and each of the members of the board, commission, committee or body shall have power to administer oaths and to examine witnesses subject to the penalties, provisions and limitations of chapter eighty-one of Title 2A of the New Jersey Statutes. Any person who shall willfully give false testimony under oath in the course of such examination shall be guilty of perjury. L.1953, c. 38, p. 751, s. 2.
