§ 2A:66-11 — Affidavit annexed to answer
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The answer of each defendant shall have annexed to it his affidavit stating that the allegations in the answer are true to the best of his knowledge, information and belief, and that the answer is not filed for the purpose of delay. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344
