§ 2A:61A-5 — Jurisdiction over nonresident principals
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
A principal who is not a resident of this State who contracts with a sales representative to solicit orders in this State is declared to be doing business in this State for purposes of the exercise of personal jurisdiction. L.1990.c.93,s.5.
