The deputy clerk of the Superior Court in each county shall be responsible to the assignment judge and trial court administrator for the management and budget of all case processing responsibilities for the Civil Division, General Equity Division and Special Civil Part and whatever other responsibilities may be assigned to the position of deputy clerk. L.1989, c.296, s.5.
