§ 2A:58C-7 — Burden of proof rules unaltered
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, no provision of this act is intended to establish any rule, or alter any existing rule, with respect to the burden of proof in a product liability action. L. 1987, c. 197, s. 7.
