Text
A conveyance executed pursuant to sale under an action in partition in the superior court, shall be recorded in the county where the premises are situate, and shall be a bar, both in law and equity, against all persons interested in the real estate in any way, who shall have been parties in the action, and against all other parties claiming by, from or under such parties or any of them. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
