§ 2A:56-2 — Partition through sale
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The superior court may, in an action for the partition of real estate, direct the sale thereof if it appears that a partition thereof cannot be made without great prejudice to the owners, or persons interested therein. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
