Text

When any of the commissioners die after making a sale pursuant to this chapter, whether before or after the confirmation thereof, the surviving commissioner or commissioners, if any, may make report of the sale and, if the sale is confirmed, execute the proper deeds to the purchasers of the real estate. A conveyance so made shall be as valid and effectual as if made and executed by all the commissioners. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
