§ 2A:55-2 — Representatives of 1 joint debtor chargeable as on joint and several obligations

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The representative of 1 joint debtor dying in the lifetime of the other joint debtor, may be charged with the obligation in the same manner as the representative might have been charged if the joint debtors had been bound severally as well as jointly. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
