§ 2A:53-4 — Penalty for violations of chapter by clerk
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Any clerk or other person who records or files a declaration or application in any case of naturalization, or issues a certificate in any such case in violation of the provisions of this chapter, shall be punished by a fine of $100. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
