§ 2A:50-67. Partial payment
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
17.In the absence of an express agreement between the parties to the contrary, a debtor may tender, and a lender may accept, partial payment of any sum owing and due without either party waiving any rights. L.1995,c.244,s.17.
