§ 2A:50-29 — Allowance of set-offs
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
In any action for the foreclosure of a mortgage, just set-offs shall be allowed, whether the holder of the mortgage is a party plaintiff or defendant. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
