Text
This article shall be applicable to all agreements, express or implied, to assume the payment of any bond secured by a mortgage, whether heretofore or hereafter made. In the case of such agreements heretofore made, the time within which the action may be brought, unless previously barred by any provision of law, shall be not later than 3 months from the date of the accrual of the cause of action.
