[This section provides that the sheriff's deed shall be valid despite the fact that any defendant who may have been made a party defendant in a foreclosure action has been misnamed in his representative capacity, provided that such person was actually named by his own proper name in the proceedings.] L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
