§ 2A:49A-3 — Applicability of act
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
3.
a.This act applies only to a foreign-money claim in an action or distribution proceeding.
b.This act applies to foreign-money issues even if other law under the conflict of laws rules of this State applies to other issues in the action or distribution proceeding. L.1993,c.317,s.3.
