§ 2A:49A-15 — Uniform construction of act
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
15.This act shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this act among states enacting it. L.1993,c.317,s.15.
