§ 2A:47A-2 — False complaints of unprofessional conduct; limitation of actions
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Every such action shall be deemed to be for an injury to the person caused by the wrongful act of the person causing such injury and shall be commenced within 2 years next after the cause of any such action shall have accrued. L.1956, c. 122, p. 516, s. 2.
