§ 2A:44-7 — Claim by keeper of hangar; trial; judgment
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The person claiming a lien under this article shall assert such claim in the court within the time and in the manner prescribed by the rules governing the practice of the court. The court may hear and determine the matter in a summary manner. The judgment, if any, may be satisfied out of the deposit made, or an action may be brought on the bond filed. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
