The notice of claim under section 2A:44-132 of this title shall state: a. The name and residence or place of business of the claimant; b. The amount claimed and from whom due and if not due when it will be due; c. The amount, as near as may be, of the demand after deducting all just credits and offsets; d. The name of the person by whom employed or to whom the materials were furnished and whether he is the contractor with the public agency or a subcontractor; e. The general nature of the public work to which the contract relates; f. The name of the contractor and the name of the public agency with which the contract was made; and g. That the labor was performed for, or materials furnished to, the contractor or subcontractor, specifying which, and that they were actually performed or used i
