§ 2A:44-57 — Definitions.
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
As used in this article: "Apparel" includes the tackle and furniture of a vessel. "Owner" includes a master, agent, consignee or commander of a vessel. "Vessel" includes all ships, steamboats or other craft. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
