§ 2A:44-55 — Affidavit of claimant
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Any person claiming to be the owner of any lumber or craft found adrift and taken up and secured under this article, or his agent, shall, upon request verify his claim in writing under oath. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
