§ 2A:44-5 — Process out of court; aircraft delivered to owner
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
When the amount claimed to be due and the costs are deposited with the clerk of the court as provided in section 2A:44-4 of this title, the claimant shall be entitled to possession of such aircraft or part thereof pursuant to process out of said court. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
