§ 2A:44-34 — Proceeds of sale; balance

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The proceeds of the sale shall be applied to the payment of the lien and expenses of the sale. The balance, if any, shall be paid to the owner of the chattels when they are taken away or settled for in full. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
