§ 2A:44-160 — Sale of property

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
A processor having a lien upon the property of others that has come into his possession and the amount due shall remain due and unpaid either in whole or in part for 2 months after the same becomes due and payable, may sell the property at public auction. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
