Text
Where the unclaimed property is perishable and will depreciate in value by being longer kept, the same may be sold after 2 days, in which case notice shall be published at least once and posted at least 1 full day. In cases of urgency, such as shipments of milk or perishable fruit, the sale may be made at once to the best advantage at public or private sale without advertisement. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
